Enchanted Elk Grove

We had my son’s birthday party here and it was a huge success. Their communication ahead of time was very clear. Their decorations were amazing. They were happy to help with anything we needed, and the kids had a great time. I would definitely return here again for another party.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently celebrated my son's 3rd birthday at Enchanted in Elk Grove, and it was an amazing experience! The indoor playground is perfect for young children, with a variety of fun and safe equipment that kept the kids entertained for hours. The small room we booked for the celebration was just right for our group. It was clean, well-decorated, and provided a cozy space for us to gather, eat, and enjoy the party. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I shared photos of the event with friends and family, and everyone was impressed by how nice the venue looked. The kids had a blast, and the adults appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommend Enchanted for anyone looking for a fun and stress-free party venue!

As a mom of a 1 year old and 3 year old, Enchanted is THAT special place we needed in our lives! This indoor playground is safe, clean, has the most helpful staff and is the perfect solution for active play when we can’t be outside. My daughter LOVES the princess appearances and I love that they offer photography sessions that capture every moment of my growing babies. We just had my son’s first birthday there and they took the load off entirely .. I was actually able to play with my kids during the party. From collaborating with me on decor and the special things I specifically wanted to cutting and boxing our cake to-go for our guests … it was the best day hosted by Enchanted.

I’m going to start by saying I’ve actually had a membership on and off since they have opened. We love it, my kids love it. However, the last few times I went, they establishment had a guest/friend of the managers/owners there who’s kid is always terrorizing other kids for the toys they want. The first few times I thought my daughter wasn’t sharing but he would constantly hit her, scratch her, push her and pull her hair. The last time I went, he literally went out of his way to hurt her even when she was playing by herself. The parent did nothing every single time but this time I spoke up and she just said her son was only a toddler. That doesn’t give him the excuse to hit my child or any one else because he can’t have his way. I didn’t bother complaining to management that day because I was so over it. I’ve seen this guest many times just hanging out with the managers or staff while her kid attacks other kids. And they don’t seem to care. I didn’t get to use the remaining visits on my membership, I was so turned off by that last visit. I am hoping by the time we decide to come back, this won’t be another recurring issue.

My kids and I got the chance to come check out Enchanted and it was awesome. My son is almost 5 and my daughter is almost 1. Was nice to have a space where both kids can play. Very clean, lots of fun things for kids to do. They do parties! And have a coffee bar. Which ever parent needs! Friendly and staff and great service. Highly recommend! We will be returning weekly!
