"Went to a Christmas show in December that I was excited about however the show was scheduled for 5pm but didn’t start until 8pm. We had to sit in the lobby for nearly 3 hrs because they stated the people who purchased food had to eat first. I asked for a refund due to the show not starting on time and I had other events to attend but they said no refunds and I tried waiting but by the time the show started we were falling asleep. They stated the show would only be delayed maybe a hr and a half but didn’t because some of their cast were late. On top of that we tried buying drinks to at least ma"
