💡Pro Tips from Reviews
- →Consider bringing a larger group for some games; 'Spy Trainer' was 'pretty difficult' for a group of four.
- →Book a private room if you prefer not to be paired with other customers.
- →Inquire about specific room details regarding accessibility (e.g., claustrophobia, mobility requirements) when booking, as some rooms are designed to accommodate these needs.
- →Sign waivers before arriving to expedite the check-in process.
- →Don't hesitate to ask for hints, as some puzzles are very challenging and might be difficult to solve without assistance.
- →Expect an hour for game play.
Things to Consider
- ⚠While staff performance was exceptional even under duress, there was an instance where one staff member (Andrew) had to manage multiple large group rooms completely alone due to others calling out, which could indicate potential for understaffing during busy periods if not consistently managed by such high-performing individuals.

2 weeks agoMy group and I visited earlier this year and the only person there was Andrew who led, organized, and facilitated my two large group rooms. He was very responsible, kind, accommodating, and professional. After how well he did completely alone (apparently everyone called out and it’s needed for multiple people to do what he did), I was so impressed and thankful that he made it happen for my groups event.

a month agoHad a great time. Did the Ruins room and it was very fun. Have done a few other escape rooms in past, but this one was more intense and exciting. Our host was Corey and he was awesome! He added a whole level of authenticity to the experience. Definitely would come back to try more rooms.

5 months agoFor my sister's birthday, she wanted to do an escape room with my family. I looked online for a bunch of different rooms that would accommodate our needs. We wanted a private room because we did not want to be paired up with random people. We also wanted a room that did not require anything that would induce someone's claustrophobia or require squatting or anything else that would impact someone with mobility issues. We also chose this one because it seemed to be one of the cheapest for a private room for four compared to others in the area. We decided on the Spy Trainer game. I do wish that we brought more people with us, because this was pretty difficult! Check-in was easy enough. We signed our waivers before arriving and were given a locker to put our phones and bags in. The game itself was pretty immersive and very cool. You can team up as Red or Blue team if you have a larger group and split between two rooms. Our game master, Andrew, was very patient with us. We asked for hints pretty frequently. Some of them became obvious after getting the hint, and others I would have never guessed on my own. We had an hour to play the game and failed to solve the room, but we still had a lot of fun! It is pretty interesting to be under pressure. After the game ended, we were given a chip to write something on. They have tubes with check marks and X's to represent each game, and what teams succeeded and failed it. I thought that was a really cool concept! Overall, we had a great time and the people working were very nice!

2 months agoI went here with a big group and had one of the most immersive escape room experiences ever! The room itself was super well-designed, with tons of attention to detail, creative puzzles, and a really engaging storyline that kept us on our toes the whole time. On top of that, Rachael and Lillian were amazing—they were so friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.
