This is a beautiful park in the Dilworth area. Much more serene than some of the other city parks, we love how the trails are surrounded by trees and the park in general isn't next to any major roads, so it's fairly quiet as well. There's a great basketball court, an amazing playground for the kiddos, and a big open space on the other end of the park where you can play with your dogs if the situation allows.

A truly beautiful park, especially in the morning between 8am and 10am. Walking the trail with your dog(s) is a supremely peaceful and quiet experience. I love that they have pet waste bags for cleanup available, too. Oh, and there are butterflies EVERYWHERE!

My son absolutely enjoyed himself at this beautiful park, not too crowded and everyone we ran into was a pleasant to talk to. My special needs son enjoyed himself and there was plenty of room for him to run around without bumping into the other kids. Beautiful park, beautiful picnic area, beautiful basketball court just everything was absolutely amazing. Wish we had parks like this back in my home town.
