4 weeks agoI had an amazing experience thanks to our server Moe, she was truly outstanding and made the entire visit unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail made a real difference, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the people she serves. In a world where great service is rare, she stands out as someone who elevates the entire field with her presence and work ethic. She deserves every bit of a 5-star rating and more—people like her are the reason customers come back. Thank you for the amazing service Moe!

3 weeks agoMy favorite movie theater! I've been here a few times and each time has been wonderful. Prices: The tickets are cheaper compared to the other ones in town. The movie theater I used to go to charged about $20-25 while Flix charges about $12-18 depending on the movie. Food: Food is good, but expensive. A personal pizza charged me about $18 after tax and gratuity (20%). Drinks cost about the same. While the culture of the theater definitely encourages you to order food, your not required to. you could definitely just get a free water and enjoy the movie. Staff: Staff are so kind and helpful. They make the food quickly and are happy to answer questions. If you've never been they take time to explain how to order food while the movie is playing. Accessibility: Doors are massive and can definitely accommodate a wheelchair. There's a good handful of wheelchair seating inside the theaters. there are "Jr." days meant for children that are cheap, have constant dull light, and quieter speakers. While meant for children, it definitely helped me out with some of my noise- based overstimulation. Overall, great!

4 weeks agoI was in today to see a daytime showing of A Working Man. The movie was GREAT! I was warmly greeted and assisted by the gal working the bar Ty. She had me choose my seat and told me the theatre for my showing. Once inside I was greeted by my server Antonio who was fantastic. I ordered the steak and avocado salad and it was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the attentiveness of your Ty and Antonio today. Definitely a good treat yourself day made great! The theatre was clean and it was a great visit with friendly interactions throughout my visit.

a week agoWent to watch Sinners (2:17) on 4/24. Ordered mac & cheese and soda. Was brought wrong food three different times. Never received actual order. Was charged for all the food they mistakenly brought until speaking with the manager. Manager was unpleasant. Said both 1) we ordered all that food (three cheeseburgers and three cheese curds) and 2) he didn’t know how we received multiple orders of the same thing. So, at least the movie was good, what I could watch of it while being interrupted 10 times. 🤷🏻♀️
