Regal Winrock

This is such a great theater. We have the Regal Unlimited — Movie Theatre Subscription and see movies regularly. Clean theater and the staff is always very friendly. I greatly appreciated the customer service and attention to detail on asking guests what they are viewing. This Regal location is my favorite to see movies. Great concessions, they're always happy to get me my buttery popcorn refill right away. Ticket takers are always friendly, and the recliner seats are the best in town. We drive across town to visit this theater specifically. The wide rows and reclining seats are reason enough, but the excellent customer service makes it even more worth it. We tend to go on Saturdays and often have James helping us. He is always patient, amicable, and knowledgeable with questions. Even though there are closer theaters, we'll definitely continue going here.

The theater and lobby areas were clean. I wasn't sure what I wanted at the concession stand and the cashier Viviana was very helpful and friendly. She told me about the different combos and was patient with all my questions. With her help I was able to pick a good combo. William, the ticket taker greeted us and also thanked us when leaving. Thank you for making my family's Easter evening a little extra sweet.

When I had a minor issue with my ticket, Tom handled it with incredible efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude. He not only resolved the situation immediately but also went above and beyond to make sure I felt valued as a guest. His exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and positive energy truly set the tone for the entire theater. Beyond that, I noticed how Tom interacted with both his staff and other guests—he was consistently proactive, ensuring everything ran smoothly while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. His attention to detail was impeccable, from making sure the theater was spotless to checking that concessions were fully stocked and lines moved efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job as much as Tom does. He turned what could have been a simple crisp morning at the movies into an experience I’ll remember for a long time. His dedication and hard work deserve all the recognition in the world, and I sincerely hope the theater appreciates what a gem they have in him. Very clean theater. One of the nicer ones I've been to. I will have to put this on my routine when I'm in the area. Can't say much for the movie that I watched, but that wasn't the theaters fault. I'll be back in six months and will return to this theater. I'm glad to see that this mall isrefurbishing itself
