Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary

"We had such a great time here! The tickets are reasonably priced, and we didn't have to wait in line. The enclosures were also decorated for Valentines Day, which was really cute. Most of the animals were very visible, though we didn't get to see the cougar or the black bear. It only took us about an hour to walk through all the areas, as it's not a particularly large zoo. All the workers were knowledgeable and friendly as well. I also enjoyed reading the educational signs they have."

"A wedding at the zoo?! This was the most magical experience we could’ve ever asked for. From beginning to end the zoo team were absolutely incredible and we were so lucky to have had this dream opportunity! The little details and stories the docents told were just the cherry on top of an already perfect day! We love visiting the animals here and it’s such a special reminder of our wedding day."

"This nice little zoo was a surprise. Very well kept and I enjoyed the stories on how the animals got there. If you are ever in Folsom and need something to do visit this place. The price was very reasonable."
