2 months agoMy great niece had her birthday party here. The staff are all so friendly. Autumn was very sweet with the kids and educating them about the animals. The interactive experiences were great. They had so many animals you don't see all the time. My daughter was excited about the sting rays and the sloths.

2 months agoWe had a wonderful time at SeaQuest! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced our experience. We visited on a weekday, and it was pleasantly uncrowded, making it easy to see all the exhibits and interact with the animals. Purchasing the all-access wristbands was definitely worth it, as it gave us the opportunity to feed and interact with a variety of animals. It's a perfect outing for families with young children.

6 months agoThis is such a cute and small little aquarium. It is hidden away inside of a shopping center and honestly what a little gem. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. They're definitely was a little bit of a line but overall a great experience. Although the place is small it is very Interactive. For $2 per token you can buy a bunch of tokens to feed the fish another animals. It's a little fun experience. Most of the feeding only takes one token but some of the larger feedings like the parrots or sloths take much more. It's a great way to kill about 1 hour of your day. We went through the whole thing in a little bit more than an hour and I brought two kids with me. Any longer than that and honestly you're just walking in circles but overall we still enjoyed it. If you're in the area and looking for something quick to do then definitely hit this place up.

2 months agoBought tickets, tokens and experiences in advance for this. Told to be 15 minutes early for first animal experience at 11am, naturally they don't open until 11am. Which was really 11:05am and don't mind it bucketing down with rain outside while people stood around getting wet. Had to kindly ask staff 3 times when there would be someone to assist with the prepaid experience the main desk was well aware we'd arrived for, before finally rushing it through in 15 minutes, instead of the 30 minutes booked. Animal experiences are wonderful, hence the 3 stars. Customer service was nowhere near 5 stars throughout the visit, can't even have a staff member at the gift store area to process a transaction, so missed out on some solid profit there, no wonder so many gift store products were on special to clear as the owners must be trying to muddle through why nobody is buying anything [hint: have staff there ready to take money] Go for the animals, not the people.

5 months agoI took my son to seaquest for a field trip with his class. The lady that was our guide was awesome. The feeding process is pretty expensive but worth it for the first time of wanting to feed the animals. We had a good time at SeaQuest we would probably do it again but not a monthly routine maybe once a year
