Fun Dungeon

This is probably the best arcade in the MGM Resort collection! It has a carnival feel to it, but our family had a lot of fun playing! Yes, you'll burn through card tokens quickly due to having so much fun, but that's just the risk of going to an arcade. Honestly, the risk of going to Vegas, either losing money in the casino or the arcade. Ha. Go and have some fun with your family!

The pros: best arcade selection we saw in the surrounding area The cons: So expensive! There's no signage posted showing the conversion from $$ to credits. It's 10 cents a credit, so $10 gets you 100 credits. Games cost 20-60 credits, with most at 25 (equating to $2.50/play).

Very sad experience, absolutely empty again! And this place will stay that way unless they lower their prices. A kids claw game is $5, and you don't get any bonus points or credit for purchasing $100. This place is not recommended at all. You will spend a lot of money on absolutely nothing here. You're better off going to buy the mer h from places on the strip than trying your luck on a game. This is literally kids gambling with their prices. You're not winning much but paying a lot. Just another way for the casino to make money off you (your children), do me a favor and yourself and go to Curcus circus instead, eventhough they shrunk it it's still economically better for you and your kids

Meh. The cash to tokens seems not worth it. We did $30 card and burned through it within half an hour. Staff was quick to run and set up games that required attendant. It would be cool if it was more themed, like prizes being dragons or knights. Oh and the 1 air hockey board stinks as it doesn't blow air in the middle of the board!

Long time fan of Excalibur midway and arcade. Been coming here since I was a child, still has the nostalgic feel! This review is for DANNY the BEST customer service midway attendant! Excellent service, kind, patient, friendly and hard working ! He went above and beyond to try and check the arcades that weren’t working and was multitasking as they dint have very many team members working the floor! He deserves to be promoted to a supervising position as me has a Great Attitude !It needs less arcades and more midway games and more staff! We miss the multi chip air hockey game which was so fun The balloon dart game with the giant alien blow up toys and the tic tag toe game. Less is more, bring back the midway and shrink the arcade. Also get up to date popular prizes Hip with the times. We Love Excalibur and the midway ! Thank you Danny for your amazing customer service ! You’re what makes Excalibur great !
