"Staff was so nice and attentive to children using the bouncy equipment and cheering on my kid. But I was not expecting for the plastic everywhere to look the way it looked. They do clean it and you can really smell the bleach put the spots everywhere grossed me out. Overall a one time experience for me. Again, great staff adjust the black spots really made me not enjoy it."

"First impression not great. The entire jumping equipment was dirty and filled with pollen. The guests’ clothes and hair was covered in pollen at the end of jumping. Please consider wiping down your equipment often."

"It was wet and very dirty today! When we went last year, it was great! So, we were excited to see that it was back. However, this time, it was filthy and not inflated completely, which made it more difficult to jump. Our socks got wet and disgusting. It hasn't even rained in a couple days. I don't plan to return."
