We just repaid for our membership for 3 children, $150 per kid-to find out literally NOTHING in the ball pit area works, balls are disgusting, cords exposed, tiles not covering everything. Let’s not mention the disgusting amount of trash we saw as we got there at 10am right when they opened today. This place Is a complete hazard right now. The mats are all disgusting… the worst I’ve ever seen. Trash and food particles throughout the playground. Lots of areas broken(ring area has ropes about to break any moment. "I have to say, I was disappointed. The admission cost was $48.31 per child, which I found to be way overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, we arrived at 11 AM on Wednesday 12/4/2024 only to find the place closed, even though the hours listed online stated 11 am-8 pm. This was incredibly frustrating for our family. "The bathroom smelled like well water/rotten egg smell like you get with corroded pipes or something. The rest of the facility was clean and smelled fine. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pizza was actually not bad. The mac n cheese bites were good. The fruit tray was fine. The soda was like generic orange and fruit punch, but it was edible. Party room is the best deal, the rooms are quiet with good AC. The common areas were really warm and really loud. The arcade is pricey, as most are. The play area is in good working condition. Anyway, would recommend for a party. For regular play eh, too"
