The kids had a blast, but that was the only good thing. This place obviously hasn't been updated in YEARS, and probably not cleaned in the same amount of time. Multiple broken straps in one of the play areas, THICK dust along the tops of plag structures. The food was *okay* after waiting forever (supposedly a cook called out an no one told the manager... how is that even possible??). The GM did completely our fries that I ordered while waiting for our pizza. I want to love this place, because its huge and has potential to keep kids ebtertained for hours! But it's just dirty and out-dated. And for $27 a head($17 for toddlers, which is crazy), there's no way they can't afford some simple updates and repairs. There are many museums, even the zoo, that are cheaper and cleaner. Hoping they make the much needed improvements. We won't be back till they do.

This place is absolutely disgusting! I see the same dirt spots every time so I know that this place isn't getting cleaned. They have equipment falling apart. It's dangerous and unsanitary. They make you sign a waiver. No wonder. I watched an adult fall ontop of another child because a latch broke. The staff don't do a good job keeping the bigger kids out of the baby section. My son got kicked in the face by a kid that was too old to be in there. They require that you buy their socks now. The socks for my son are a safety hazard because they're so huge. Staff is mostly kids that can't even do correct math for change. A water is like $4. Save your money and go elsewhere. Can't wait to cancel my membership. I'm locked in for another month.

We are new to the area. This is the best place we’ve found for indoor playgrounds in the area. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. My five year old absolutely loved his first visit here. We stay from 3:30 till close because he didn’t want to leave. I truly appreciate their discounted Tuesday day for $12. The French fries basket was a big size, reasonably priced, and tasted okay nothing great. There was a child on the spectrum between 8-9 years old who was tackling and hitting my child and other little kids. I told my son try to avoid him if he was being aggressive. I did see the employees speaking to the parents later. My son talked to the employees about the child slamming him on the ground before leaving(probably a few hours after that child had already left). They were very caring to his feelings. The next time we went my son was excited to go but talked about his concerns about the child who hits driving there. He had another great day there until he busted his lip playing. Overall this is our favorite indoor playground. The staff is wonderful and lots for the kids to do.

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service I recently visited Funville to ask a simple question about my children’s membership. I waited in line for a few minutes and was directed by an associate to wait at the next terminal where the manager would assist me shortly. The manager came up, made eye contact with me, and the associate even pointed me out as next in line. However, instead of assisting me, the manager proceeded to ignore me completely and began helping customers who were in line behind me. I stood there for an additional 10 minutes watching as she assisted everyone else first. Only once the line was completely clear did she finally come over to assist me. I expressed my frustration about being ignored, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional treatment was disappointing, especially for a family-friendly business where customer experience should be a priority.

Great place, really big. If u have a little one 3-6, this is for them. Like Surge or Jump, but more for the little ones Their are a lot of bounce houses. Machine games to play. It's really big inside to keep an eye on those little ones. Great for their bday party or just an inside play. In VA.Beach. Clean and nice staff.
