"The kids had a blast, but that was the only good thing. This place obviously hasn't been updated in YEARS, and probably not cleaned in the same amount of time. Multiple broken straps in one of the play areas, THICK dust along the tops of plag structures. The food was *okay* after waiting forever (supposedly a cook called out an no one told the manager... how is that even possible??). The GM did completely our fries that I ordered while waiting for our pizza. I want to love this place, because its huge and has potential to keep kids ebtertained for hours! But it's just dirty and out-dated. A"

Staff is mostly kids that can't even do"

We stay from 3:30 till close because he didn’t want to leave. I truly appreciate their discounted Tuesday day for $12. The French fries basket was a big size, reasonably priced, and tasted okay nothing great. There was a child on the spectrum between 8-9 years old who was tackling and hitting my child and other little kids. I told my son try to avoid him if he was being aggressive. I did see the empl"
