Things to Consider

- ⚠Popcorn is 'usually burnt'.
- ⚠Sound quality is inconsistent; it can be 'a little off', 'going out', or 'not loud at all'.
- ⚠Picture quality can also be 'a little off'.
- ⚠The screen is small, requiring viewers to sit close for a better experience.
- ⚠Movies sometimes start early (e.g., 5 minutes early), causing patrons to miss the intro.
- ⚠Typically only two employees are working, always at the concession stand, which can lead to long lines and delays.
- ⚠Confusion at entry: tickets must be purchased at the concession stand, not at a misleading old payment stand.
- ⚠Prices for non-$5 movies have increased and are now described as 'almost as expensive as regular theaters'.
Price & Value
$5 movies offer exceptional value, especially combined with reasonably priced snacks. Free prescreenings also provide excellent value. 2 weeks ago$5 Movies! Snacks are reasonably priced and the MWR staff keep the theatre clean. The sound is sometimes a little off and the picture is too, but usually it's a great show at a great price.

8 months agoIt is really annoying that the theater keeps using latex gloves. Which means I can’t buy anything here. Granted the drink machine is ALWAYS broken and the popcorn is usually burnt. Which makes for a bad combo when you don’t have drinks available. But for a $5 movie it isn’t too bad. Just need to sit as close the screen as you can as the volume is going out and isn’t loud at all. The screen is also really small so sitting closer adds to the viewing experience. The theater is kept nice and clean. Just remember it is a cashless theater so don’t accident bring cash. They cut payroll so usually have 2 employees working and they are always at the concession stand. They have you pay for your ticket at the concession stand even if you aren’t buying food. They did leave up the original payment stand which confuses lots of people. They start to line up at the old stand where they are use to paying not realizing your have to go to the concession stand.

4 months agoUsed to be cheaper, prices almost as expensive as regular theaters. They also started the movie 5 minutes early so we missed the intro. Screens small. Popcorn burnt.

8 months agoGreat location for facilitated training and discussions. Scheduling does seem a bit overlapping as you have to shift your event around when others who are local need to use the location. The AC helped out alot since the temperature high.
