Gnome & Raven

"We had a birthday party booking for a tween/11th birthday at Gnome and Raven. We chose the Tomb Ruins for a party of 11 members(including the chaperone/s). Chose the Beginner level (they do have a Pre-beginner level for age 10 and below, we chose Beginner for our tWeen group), which was challenging enough and just right for our gang of 5th graders. They had to dance around for hints a few times, and finished with just 2 minutes to spare. The escape room was of high quality with lots of space. The host was polite and fun. It was a great experience for the kids. I have already given my feedback"

"Worst experience with a business. They don't know how customer service works. I booked an escape room, and the website let me add options for birthday cake, drinks, even asked the name of the birthday kid. After booking, I emailed the venue to double check and a rep told me, yes you have extra time, and confirmed vanilla cake. The day we arrived, I was told "I'm sorry, we don't have a cake available for you." No drinks. I wasn't going to turn into a "Karen" in the entrance, and further ruin the group's experience or hold up other groups, so I figured afterward, we'd find something else. (Unle"
