I have been coming here for months and everytime one thing is clear. This IS the answer to the question "what are we going to do today?" Under the leadership of AJ, the staff is friendly, helpful, and willing to ensure my time is enjoyable. Overall my experience has always left me with something to look forward to the next time. I have a large family and the center provides something for all age groups including myself. From the basketball court to the obstacles course, every where you go there's something you can jump into. They have a play area for the smaller kids that is safe and has enough seating for parents to watch the little ones have a blast. They have a few arcade machines for those down times in between jumping. This is truly a place where childhood and responsibilities can coexist and have a BLAST!. If you have kids and they have the following symptoms: energetic, bored easily, always want to do something, love to laugh, love activity, love to jump and have unforgettable experiences. This is the place you want them to be. Thanks to everyone there for making each visit so enjoyable!

My daughter had her birthday here on a Sunday. All of the kids had a blast. It was crowded, but that is to be expected on the weekend. My only complaint (besides the price) is that somehow between the multiple parties happening things were mixed up. They have these bins in the front with the birthday kid's name on them so all the party goers can keep their shoes together and a cart to put all the presents. Somehow our party bin had random shoes in it from kids outside of our group and one of my daughter's presents was given to someone else. I would have never known but after the party my friend approached me asking if my daughter liked her present. She described what she had gotten her and I realized she never opened that present. We searched and could never find it. So someone either took it on purpose (I doubt) or it was given to the other party. You would think that someone at the other party (which was a boy) would have opened the card with my daughters name on it and thought to give it back. My friend was so upset that she spent money to get my daughter the cutest hello kitty halloween sweater and stuffy and someone else took it.

Kids had fun. Place was an absolute madhouse. The arcade is stupid expensive for the amount of playtime you get. Noticed the employees that were supposed to be keeping an eye on the kids were mostly huddled up conversating most of the time we were there.(5 or 6 of them) Not a huge deal for parents who actually watch their kids, but we all know there are a bunch who don't. Food and beverage prices were reasonable for a jump park. Definitely should've had some of the ones that were chit chatting up at the front working the counter. Those poor folks were swamped. Overall it was a decent place, could use a little better management.

I generally liked the place but I wish it were cleaner. A simple sweep once an hour would be nice. Or just picking up all the trash. Also there were a lot of larger kids in the 4’ and under area and they were a bit rough for my 2 kids. The machine to get a game card was not working so we were unable to use that section of the building

Visited for the first time for my nieces birthday. The facility is amazing, the equipment is well maintained and looks very clean. However, they seem understaffed. There was no organization for telling people where to go for the event. Several areas have age or height restrictions for younger kids, which were not enforced. I might try again at a less busy time, but my first impression was not great. Went back on a weekday night, and it was a thousand times better. My three year old had a blast. I would avoid it on weekends with small kids.
