"My daughter had her birthday here on a Sunday. All of the kids had a blast. It was crowded, but that is to be expected on the weekend. My only complaint (besides the price) is that somehow between the multiple parties happening things were mixed up. They have these bins in the front with the birthday kid's name on them so all the party goers can keep their shoes together and a cart to put all the presents. Somehow our party bin had random shoes in it from kids outside of our group and one of my daughter's presents was given to someone else. I would have never known but after the party my frien"

"Kids had fun. Place was an absolute madhouse. The arcade is stupid expensive for the amount of playtime you get. Noticed the employees that were supposed to be keeping an eye on the kids were mostly huddled up conversating most of the time we were there.(5 or 6 of them) Not a huge deal for parents who actually watch their kids, but we all know there are a bunch who don't. Food and beverage prices were reasonable for a jump park. Definitely should've had some of the ones that were chit chatting up at the front working the counter. Those poor folks were swamped.
