"Our daughter started in the toddler class, and was told she was good enough to move to dynamos (pre team class).. so we get the schedule and "try out" we then were told no she's not ready.. then there was a bunch of back and forth and finally accepted into dynamos... after a few weeks the coach that said she wasn't ready admitted she was wrong and that she was more than ready... then she moves up to compulsory classes and competed in level 2 at 5 years old.. throughout the year there was NO communication between coaches, owner, or management.. when we finally got a meeting with the owner and c"

"We brought my three-year-old in for a trial class. Obviously, with a group of three year olds, attention and structure is difficult. That being said, the coach was vocally frustrated and did not talk to the children in a calm way. She also had her older son in the class, which seem to be a distraction. I understand that childcare can be an issue, however, if I was paying for the class, I would’ve been frustrated. We did choose to go with another gym due to the coaching environment."

"My daughter has gone from the beginning, the toddler class. After a while coach Megan said she could move to dinamos class, we tried(twice) both time coach Nicole beat around the bush saying she didn't want her in the class, she didn't want to teach her, she wasn't good enough...(she is five) but eventually she accepted her because she had no choice...some time goes by and she gets into level 2 compulsory...terrible coaching allowed because it's the owners daughter, which means you aren't allowed to have an opinion abour her yet alone anything..excuse for everything.
