Good Times Summer Day Camp

I went to Good Times Summer Day Camp from when I was 4 years old until I was 14. If there is one way I could describe this camp it would be family. I have never felt such a connection to others more than I have at this camp. I met some of my best friends there and people to this day I consider my family. My older brothers all went there as campers too and my two oldest brothers were counselors while I was there. We all loved this place and would look forward to the summertime. Every time in the summer I would look forward to waking up early and going to camp. They bring new opportunities and fun activities everyday that keeps the campers entertained. There was not one day I went home thinking I had a bad time at camp, I always had a smile on my face. They hire the most amazing people to make the summer the best they can for their campers. Good Times isn’t just a camp but also a home for everyone. I was lucky enough to be able to go to Good Times for my entire childhood and I would recommend this camp to everyone.

We absolutely love camp good times. My daughter has been going here for years and every summer is absolute magic. The counselors are kind, caring and energetic. The directors are outstanding and go above and beyond to ensure each camper is safe, loved and has a wonderful summer. My youngest are counting down the days until they are old enough to attend. Thank you camp good times for providing a truly wonderful summer experience for our community.

This is our grandson's second glorious summer at Good Times, and we only wish he had been able to be a camper for ALL of his summers prior! There is a palpable sense of excited anticipation of a fun-filled day when we drop him off. There is peace of mind all during the day, knowing that his needs for attention, affirmation, friendship, engaged activity, and security are all being met by the kind and capable counselors and staff! There isn't a day when he hasn't been thrilled to be at camp ~ including rainy days! When we pick him up in the late afternoon, he has no shortage of memorable events to tell us about! Owners Richard and Cathlynn seem to be very intentional about making every aspect of the camp reflect excellence, from the physical space to the multifaceted program provided daily for the campers! For our grandchild, it’s been an opportunity to experience the very best of summer "good times"! As a former teacher of young children, I know what it takes to provide the excellent experience Good Times provides! We could not be happier with each and every aspect of the camp!

This was our first year at Goodtimes, and the only way to describe our daughter’s experience is truly magical. The energy of the camp itself radiates positivity and excitement. Our daughter blossomed this summer, not only because of the friendships she made with the other kids but also because of the nurturing and supportive atmosphere created by the staff. You can tell that every staff member genuinely loves being there, they are passionate about their work and bring an infectious enthusiasm to everything they do. They treat the kids with such care and dedication, making the entire experience unforgettable. We’re so looking forward to next summer at Goodtimes. My son has been going to Good Times since he was 5 years old. Now he is 14 and thriving. There are truly no words that would express how grateful and humbled we are by the consistent kindness and caring staff and owners at Good Times. The consistency of always being upbeat positive and caring to all of the kids is one of many things that sets Good Times apart and makes it a little slice of heaven on earth. In a world where kids are pressured and have so many outside influences, Good Times has provided a safe haven of great values and great attitudes. Another awesome year in the books!
