10 months agoFriendly people! Very easy to book. Staff gives a thorough instruction on how to operate the equipment, and what to look out for. We rented a pontoon boat for two hours. It was plenty of time to tour the sights on the lake and on the river. Boat was very clean and had plenty of power for all rated passengers. Definitely will repeat!

8 months agoWe had a great time with the 4 hours boat rental. The dock stuff are helpful and the process is simple and easy to follow.

9 months agoWe had an amazing trip with the boat we rented from here! We rented one of their Sea Ray SPX 230 Bowriders. This was a Father’s Day gift and what was so great about it is my father (55 at the time) was able to captain it himself and that made the experience so special. They taught him and one other person in our group over the age of 25 how to do everything they needed to know before setting sail. You do prepay for gas, we did the recommended 8 gallons for our 2 hours on the water. We ended up going through 9.5 gallons so we paid for the additional once we got off the boat. I will say my father was trying to figure out where to see the gas gauge and couldn’t but it ended up being fine. The boat we got was equipped with Bluetooth audio system which took us a moment to figure out but we got there. Cup holders in everyplace you could need them. You were allowed to bring your own beverages on board. The boat also had a shade cover situation you could keep up or down, we kept it up so we would have some shade, it did not cover entire boat so there was still plenty of sunshine. You take off from the flats right next to the aquarium. Once you get out of the no wake zone of the marina oh my goodness is the view incredible. Seeing Cleveland from the lake was just breathtaking! If you’re on the fence about booking your trip do it! Book the trip! It was a great time! Just make sure you read all the requirements for captaining to make sure that is an option you are eligible for if you are doing self-captained ride!

6 years agoPat and Lori run a first class operation on the West Bank of the Flats, next to Music Box Supper Club and Shooters. They’ve got speed boats, pontoons and kayaks. We took out a pontoon with the 150 hp engine that did the trick. Views on the river and the lake are awesome. You get a whole new perspective of CLE. The prices are reasonable and they are typically flexible on times. Call ahead. They run out of boats if it gets busy.
