"Beautiful spot to sit and people watch while enjoying the gorgeous riverfront. We accessed Penn's Landing from the bridge and entered near the mini golf course. The course was quite crowded but looked to be a lot of fun. Maybe next time I will try it. Worth an hour or so visit to walk along the river and explore."
