Great Wolf Lodge Water Park | Georgia

Very conveniently located. But the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will say when I spoke to an actual human, it was great, but it took me an hour and a half to get to the front desk because the length of the line when checking in. Half of the kiosks didn’t have wristbands so I had to wait in line forever and my husband and children had to wait in the car… It’s not easy when your kids are excited about new experience and you tell them they have to wait in the car for over an hour. Oh, we didn’t get our room until 2 1/2 hours after we were supposed to. Two hours and 38 minutes to be exact. They told me to message with the willow app. I did that and Willow agreed to give me a $75 credit per day after I told them that I would not accept a late check out the next day because we had to leave early. However, when I went to the front desk early on the morning of checkout…They would only give me $75 credit total. Not $150 as they should have according to the texts with “willow” I produced. Kids have a great time but be prepared to spend a lot of money and great deal of your brain cells and vacation time to with Customer Service…The room was clean enough, but you do not want to eat there unless you are prepared to pay double the price of a normal pizza or triple the price of a normal drink. DoorDash if you can. And advocate for yourself at all times.

This was our first time at the GWL and in Georgia in general from Florida. We bought a 3 night stay with the unlimited package. I expected way more from here especially since the one in Naples had a lower rating then Georgia. The check in process was quick for us and the room was ready I would say for the price that this resort charges per night I expected better from the room they use old ac units and the bathroom is small. We got the woof ears for free and the refillable jugs but that's all you get for the stay, they charge a arm and leg for food and the things in the shops. I had the dining credit and still ate out of here because the food was trash. Dunkin here sucks the employees don't even look like they care 🙄 the unlimited play sucks you get the 50 credit for the arcade just to see that all the games are 12 and up on credits so with 2 kids we where in the for like 15 minutes. The bowling is small and if you don't get there on time it's always crowded but that part I liked for the kids. It is way over crowded in the indoor waterpark so it was okay but you got to be careful with the stairs in the kids area where the bucket is at because I slipped and fell down the stairs and I wasn't running and I was going down slowly now I have a big bruise from that fall. This was a 1 and done experience it was nice to go somewhere different but I expected more.

We had a great stay for my sons bday. The room was great and the lodge is such a fun place. They make a birthday very memorable for the whole family. The pool is nice and the waterpark is awesome but the woman named AnnaLee who works the slides was very rude and hateful to multiple people. Only part of our stay that wasn't fantastic was our interaction with this very rude employee. Other employees were fun and pleasant. She made not only us but other groups uncomfortable.

Visited 4/20/25 and arrived about 3:30'ish although check in is at 4pm. Waited about 20 minutes before I made it to the desk which was about 10 minutes til 4. Was able to get registered and was told the rooms weren't ready and I will receive a text once they are. I understood because check in is at 4pm. 3 hours later never received a text. Visited the desk 3 times to ask when would it be ready and was told I should get a text. After the 3rd visit to the CS desk I requested a refund. I drove over 2 hours to enjoy my birthday with my daughter here for the next 2 days, just to have to drive right back home. Fair to say not only was she disappointed, but so was I. Happy Birthday to me, I guess! Needless to say there was Absolutely Nothing offered to compensate us for our inconvenience! Thanks Great Wolf Lodge!

Just completed our stay and the staff is amazing! My son (9yrs) had a amazing time. Dinner was priced pretty competitive with your popular eateries. The rooms were updated and could use a deep cleaning. Waterpark was alot fun! Parking was scarce and was 15.00 per day. Resort fee is 39.00 per day. Make sure you have your DL and Credit Card used to pay for your Reservation. Breakfast on site was about 25.00 per adult and the line was long. Food was just ok. Omelet station available however you have to fill out a form to order. The staff that we encountered were absolutely amazing. For our very first stay I would definitely return.
