"Clean, well-lit facility, but it’s not really suitable for anything more than casual activity. The staff are helpful and pleasant. I cannot recommend the indoor track for runners. It’s more of an ‘older folks social club’, where slower walkers will walk side by side so they can chit-chat, meanwhile blocking the clearly marked running lane."
