"My friend made 12PM kayaking reservation and the company never showed. We waited for half an hour but no one came and no one picked up the phone despite repeated attempts to contact them. No explanation was provided. I do not recommend this company as their service is unreliable."

"My husband scheduled a cub scout outing with Hoover Adventures. Woose and Dylan were on time, informative, and most importantly, patient with our first time kayakers. We had 9 kids (age 9-11 years old) and 9 adults. Hoover Adventures provided these kids with an excellent experience on the water. We will definitely use their services again!"
