"Very underwhelming experience. We purchased a membership and I was excited to have an option nearby but I was so underwhelmed on our first visit. There is not much to see or do and some activities were broken. It feels like this is where they store all the old displays from the downtown location. Having to pay extra for the dig pit seems pretty silly considering there isn't much else to do. There was a lady sitting at a table with different items displayed but she was too busy chatting with another worker and blocking the way that we didn't even bother to stop and look. My kids enjoyed running"

"Always an amazing time here. Always new things to see. Can spend hours here any day. We love the butterfly garden especially. Easy to get around and even when it’s busy it’s still fun. Near so many other great places too so is a fun day out. Our kids enjoy it every time and the special exhibits are always fantastic"

"Incredibly great displays @ the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Do pre-arrange guided tours of the sections you are interested in. Well worth the little extra cost. Also get an annual membership. This will reduce your cost plus reduce your parking fee 2/3rds. Do show your military I. D. For more savings."
