ICR Discovery Center

This place had a really nice elegant way of incorporating science. The staff were extremely kind & helpful & very clean surface. I took my 28 month old son really he enjoy a lot of. Whenever you come here separate your half days time like 5-6 hrs. Thank you ICR Discovery center

ICR is a jewel! This was my second time to go to the ICR and my grandchildren loved it. We took a break for lunch in the table areas outside and came back in for another 2 hours- a great way to spend the day learning about God’s creativity and the history of the world we live in.

This place had a really nice elegant way of incorporating science and the Bible, that made it easy to understand and follow along without shoving it down your throat! Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend to all with little ones!

We took the family and had a great time. Very informative, but very high quality and engaging for the younger kids. Fun, but lots of depth of information for adults and older kids. Mostly denomination neutral. Doesn't rely on "arguing to authority" to make points, but rather what actually exists in the world and has been researched scientifically, but also doesn't shy away from scripture and has a nice gospel presentation at the end of the main exhibit. I was expecting something at least a little hokey, but I was really pleasantly surprised. Stroller friendly. Nice outdoor picnic area. Great day trip.

Per the description, it is the Institute of Creation Research. They demonstrate the harmony between science and the Bible. It was a wonderful, interactive, and informative experience. There were fun activities for kids and screens that would provide more information. Lots to read and great visuals. Especially the videos they offer. The gift shop had a lot of great books and some fun kid activities.
