"We had the best time here! Our tour guide Garren was very knowledgeable, kind, and made the experience really fun! My family and I went on a nice weekday and I highly recommend buying tickets in advanced or at least planning your trip because it is a guided tour and they only go at specific times. We had a very small group with just another mom and her son. It was a wonderful day! Got up and close with the animals, pet a bunch and held some snakes! Lots of variety! "Great experience for all ages, many different animals to interact with on the guided tours. Each time we've been they've added new animals to the collection. Recommend you purchase tickets ahead of time as guided tours start at specific times and walk in service is not generally available. Private animal interactions are also available which are fantastic. Availability does vary depending on the animals health and mood on a given day, so if you have a particular animal you want to do a private event with, contact the staff ahead of time. "Such a great experience! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave time for everyone to explore, get pictures, and get the full experience with the animals (my daughter was even able to feed a baby kangaroo) for the duration of the tour (1 1/2 hrs). We added the Capybara meet up, and that was definitely worth it."
