a week agoOverall: I didn't attend a show, because I came here to explore the architecture. This place is so beautifully designed. I did a free tour. Note for walkers: This place sits on a hill, a very steap one. Bring water and the right shoes.

a month agoThis is our second time watching while the KC Symphony played all music along with the movie. BEAUTIFUL!! They are amazing! We have watched Home Alone and How to Train Your Dragon. Loved them both but How to Train Your Dragon was our favorite. You could sit just about anywhere and have a great view and sound. These seats were Door 4, Mezzanine RC, Row CC, Seats 801, 802.

a month agoMy first visit to Kauffman was for Ben Folds with the KC Symphony Orchestra. As for the building: Incredible architecture, incredible sound quality, a highly successful feat of engineering all around. And the show was fantastic. Hoping to come to more events at the Kauffman.

5 months agoWe greatly enjoyed the MCO Concert Monday night Dec 2, 2024 at Kaufman Center. This is a world class venue in a city that’s been unjustly called a second rate city!!! The driving forces behind this were spot on that KC needed a world class concert venue for orchestra performances!! We’re coming back for the Messiah and we’ll be back for the MCO Concert in the spring!! Over the years we’ve attended a few different concerts/performances here they’ve never disappointed!!

5 months agoBeautiful performance spaces and an amazing view of the city at night. Parking in the garage is normally $16, and street parking is $.25 per hour till 9pm. I go to shows there every few weeks, and I've never been disappointed.
