"I appreciate that this store carries a unique selection of kayak gear that’s hard to find elsewhere, which is why I continue to shop here. However, the customer service could definitely be improved. There are usually multiple employees present, but it seems like only one person is handling both the in-store customers and the phone calls. "After purchasing my Hobie Outback Kayak a few years ago (which I love), I am now also using it to sail. I purchased the sail and sailing rudder. James was able to install this in minutes. Much easier to tack with the sailing rudder since much larger. Super helpful. Thank you James! I love Kayak City!"
