My family and I had a bad experience today. Personally if I ran this business I would make sure to employe adults that had a average understanding of good customer service. Today we rented three kayaks and my aunt that has knee problems needed help sitting down on the kayak extended her hand to get help from one of the employees(brunette long hair) and he denied helping her and rather walked into the water to show how easy and annoyed he was if she only sat down. I expressed would you treat your relative like this what would it cost you to lend your hand to aid her sitting down? We took offense of his rude demonstration and all got out of the kayaks and left. I’ve been here several times never had this treatment and was very excited to bring my family from Spain and to share this experience. Unfortunately they were unable to enjoy and I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to my network of locals in Long Beach, Seal Beach, and neighboring cities.

Fun time and AMAZING staff! I've kayaked a few times but recently went with my sister to try paddleboarding for the first time. If you're a first timer, they do make you watch the safety video and do a little instructor class (like less than 10 min) so they can make sure you know what you're doing once you get away from the kayak place. My sister had surgery on her knee and wasn't sure she's be able to do it but this awesome guy helping us took some extra time going over some more comfortable stances or positions for her and even gave her an extra life vest to pad her knee. I thought it was super sweet because he really wanted my sister to be able to enjoy her time out there. Their website does a great job explaining payment, reservations, waivers, prices, etc. A good chunk of this stuff can be done ahead of time making your check-in process a lot quicker so you can get out on the water. Pet Friendly?: Yes! 🐶👍 I was able to bring my dog with me to kayak! I did bring his own life jacket though so plan accordingly.

The prices were fair, and our group seemed to enjoy the kayaks a lot.

Easy process to get on the water, only $12 per person per hour. My adult daughter and I spent a couple of wonderful hours kayaking in placid waters and warm sun. The area is not all nature and natural, but there are lots of boats and homes and seagulls along the way. I heard sometimes you might see dolphins but we didn't on our excursion. Maybe next time because we are definitely going back!!! The staff is really cool and laid back.

Great little spot to kayak in the canal at Naples Island. We loved looking at the beautiful island homes in calm water. Staff is friendly and helpful and price is very reasonable.
