💡Pro Tips from Reviews

  • Be prepared for the cost of admission ($23 per child).
  • Maintain close supervision of children, especially toddlers, as some areas may not have full safety features.
  • When using the slide with ropes/bands, hold the bands to slow down and avoid getting stuck. Alternatively, be aware that there are mats at the bottom if you drop.
  • Arrive early or during off-peak hours to avoid potentially long lines at the entry stations.
  • Sign the required waiver upon entry.
  • Consider bringing your own snacks/drinks if you prefer better quality than vending machine options.

Things to Consider

  • Perceived as pricey at $23 per child, with some guests finding alternatives offer more value for the money.
  • Some games or play structures may lack full safety features, requiring vigilant parental supervision, especially for young children.
  • The entry process can be a mess with only 2 stations, leading to long lines that back up significantly into the mall.
  • A large portion of the interior space is open table areas rather than play structures, which some find limits play options.
  • Food and drinks available are described as 'vending machine-quality' and generally low quality.
  • Specific safety issue noted with 'ropes or bands' on a slide where users can get stuck if not careful.

Price & Value

$23 per child. Described as 'a bit pricey' but 'totally worth it' by some, while others feel it's 'pretty expensive' and offers less play structure area compared to alternatives like D & R playground (less money) or Urban Air (same money, more to do). No hidden costs mentioned beyond admission. Food/drinks are extra and vending machine quality.

Accessibility & Special Needs

  • No specific accessibility accommodations mentioned in reviews.

🍎Food & Drink Policy

  • Food and drinks can be purchased on-site, but they are described as 'vending machine-quality food'. No mention of outside food policy.

🚗Parking Info

  • Located inside the mall, implying mall parking is available (type/cost unspecified by reviews).

👥Crowd Levels

  • The process of getting in can lead to long lines 'backed up way into the mall' due to only 2 entry stations, suggesting potential for high crowd levels during peak entry times. General spaciousness could help once inside, but specific crowd density in play areas is not detailed.

🛡️Safety Features

  • Staff are reported to keep the place 'clean, safe'.
  • Mats are present to catch falls on some slides.
  • A waiver is required for entry.
  • **Concern:** Some games 'don’t have full safety features', necessitating close parental supervision.
  • **Concern:** Specific warning about 'ropes or bands' on a slide where users can 'get stuck', with a tip to hold bands to slow down.

When to Avoid

  • If you are on a tight budget and seek maximum play structures for the money, as some alternatives may offer more.
  • If you expect high-quality food or meal options, as only vending machine-quality items are available.
  • During peak entry times, due to potential long lines at the check-in stations.
  • If your child tends to wander off unsupervised, given concerns about some games lacking full safety features and the need for close supervision.

This place is amazing! Daddy daughter day was great here. Both of us got to climb, build, play soccer, and go down the slides together. Liz the manager is Awesome and kept this place clean, safe, and even got Huggy the Dragon to come out, dance with, and take pictures with kids. Made my daughter’s day even more special. Cannot thank this staff enough!!

A bit pricey, but it’s totally worth it. It’s a unique place where both you and your child can have a great time. I went there with my son who is one year and three months old, and we both had a blast playing together. However, you should keep a close eye on your child as some of the games don’t have full safety features. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. Definitely a fun spot for families!

Our kids love this place! Tons of options for the kids to choose from that is great for all ages. From a toddler zone to a giant interactive Lego set, including a giant disco dance room and electric motorcycles for the kids to ride on. My family and I always have this place at the top of our list for indoor play places! Oh and the slides and mini roller coaster are fun even for the parents!

Hi! This place was awesome! The good things about this place: Very spacious, clean, the workers were super nice and helpful, multiple things to do, you get to have fun! One bad thing: If you down the ropes or bands you need to be careful, the bands get you stuck. Tip for bands : Hold the bands while you go down, it slows you down. I saw someone getting stuck and didn’t know how to get out and be able to get to the bottom. You can just drop without holding the bands so if you fall there is a mat that will catch you. Everything was super fun! The video is someone in my family going down the tall red/purple slide, you do need to sign a waiver and that is the picture and the red-blue-yellow-green thing is the thing you fall down. I highly recommend this place!

This kids play gym is inside the mall. The inside is quite large, but most of it is open table areas rather than play structures. There is one large play structure plus a smaller one for toddlers. It is pretty expensive here as they charge $23 per child. The process of getting in is a mess as they only have 2 stations which causes a line to be backed up way into the mall. You can buy food and drinks, but it's basically just vending machine-quality food. I have to give them credit for their restrooms tho as they were quite clean. Their business hours are also impressive. But, overall you can spend less money at places like D & R playground in Parma or the same amount at indoor adventure parks like Urban Air and have way more to do. If you want a place for your kids to be busy at the mall when you shop, then check this place out. Otherwise, I recommend going somewhere else.
