"I took a long walk to Lakewood on February 20th just because I wanted to look around, and to feel a sense of nostalgia, because it's where I spent the first few years of my life. After I was done with everything I wanted to do, I finished my adventure here at Lakewood Park. I've been here before in the warmer months, but seeing this place just shrouded in snow, and seeing Lake Erie completely frozen over and covered with snow, it was a whole different experience. I would always recommend coming here, no matter the weather. Just make sure to be prepared for it. I will definitely be back in the "

"Absolutely beautiful park! Fabulous place to enjoy a walk through park on pathways or down the ramp for lake view (no lake access to water). The pathways and ramp are handicapped accessible. The park includes a fantastic swimming pool, skate park, playground area, volleyball courts, picnic areas, bench swings with lake view, and wonderful paved walkways throughout park and along lake view at top and at bottom accessed by ramp ( water level) The solstice steps are a popular spot for viewing the sunset."
