"It was my first time visiting, and I enjoyed myself with my babyGRANDS! We were invited to a birthday party and it was roomy and spacious! Unfortunately, they need to straighten the mats. They were clumping, folding, knapping, and moving, making it hard to maneuver on the floor if you were a small child. I also visibly saw masking gray tape patching and holding pieces of foam board in place. For what they offer, the price isn't worth it, but if you need something to do for 2hrs and you have lil ones, this is your place!"

"This place is very beautifully made. It’s quite affordable not too expensive. Very very clean place. I saw everyone vacuuming the whole time. That’s the best place. You have to keep the environment clean for the kids. And they deserve five-star for the cleanliness. Get a pair of socks for yourself and kids because shoes are not aloud inside.. if you don’t have you will have to purchase it’s from them. The staffs are so friendly, so good I love this place I traveled from Houston to California and this was the best place for kids for indoor games. It’s not too crowded and even if it gets crowded"

"It was my first time here and everything was going good until Sydney (a lady that works there) decided to be DISRESPECTFUL to my child. So unprofessional! My daughter is 12 years old and she was with my son (6) and god daughter (2) just helping them on to the playground set not doing nothing wrong when Sydney spoke to her in such a disrespectful and rude manner. I didn’t say anything; I just watched and then Sydney came by again and told her she was going to kick her out. I was pissed! We left shortly after. I will never go there again and I will let all my friends and family know not to come "
