7 months agoI hosted my son’s first birthday party here yesterday, and it was an absolutely terrible experience for me and my guests. I have an 11-year-old autistic daughter, and the staff's treatment of her was shocking. One of the female employees repeatedly grabbed my daughter aggressively whenever she had food, instead of simply notifying me or any nearby family members. This was completely inappropriate. On top of that, they were obsessively micromanaging their already filthy carpet, and the same woman was spraying cleaning chemicals around the food while my children and guests were eating. To make matters worse, the male employee was incredibly rude, making odd and uncomfortable remarks throughout the event. We all felt highly uncomfortable the entire time. I am genuinely baffled by the positive reviews—there's no way anyone could be satisfied with service like this. I strongly urge to investigate this, as this level of treatment is unacceptable!

11 months agoAfter researching multiple places, I decided to have my daughter's 2nd birthday here and have no regrets. The staff was phenomenal by going way beyond my expectations with helping me prepare, set up food and even cut her cake. They even had a little extra Sesame St decor for her theme! I felt less stressed since everything went so smooth and I highly recommend parents to bring your kids here in general (very clean). Thank you Jessica and family so much for hosting!!!

2 months agoVery nice place to take your little ones for kid-to-kid interaction. Would not recommend for children 6 or older. Place is always clean, owner is very nice. There are a lot of different toys and jungle gyms. What i love the most is that you can buy snacks and drinks (including delicious coffee) and sit down at a table and get some work done while watching your kid.

4 months agoMy daughter was in town and she told me she wanted to take my granddaughter to this place. My granddaughter loves Blippi and this place was supposedly highlighted on the show. When we first arrived the man who greeted us was very friendly. However, my daughter and I very disappointed as we thought that the place would be bigger and more modern. My grandbaby goes on a weekly basis to a play gym in Richmond, Virginia that is VERY clean and modern. So, to see this place that was a hodgepodge of old toys, and stuff was a letdown. Most of the toys seemed dirty and worn. The carpets were stained from apparent throw up and the carpet padding throughout was thin. For a kids play gym the padding should definitely be upgraded. I experienced the lack of padding after I hurt myself coming off on the slide. Overall, the place was very basic and was not worth the half hour drive from across town.
