"Pros: fitting process was relatively fast and streamlined. Cons: Zero exceptions/zero returns policy. Rented snowboard gear on a Friday afternoon to leave early on Saturday for Santa Fe. Charged for rentals for the weekend (they’re closed on Sunday’s). Wasn’t feeling well Saturday morning and went to return my rentals shortly after they opened on Saturday. Clerk said no returns and no adjustments to just get charged for one day or two days."

"Removing the paperwork, I kinda get it, but what's disgustingly annoying. Are the mad dash that firms/ organizations such as this are doing in seeking an individual email. Your email address WILL be sold: it is now the new Black gold. Why do I need an app? What about my gov. Id that is NOT sufficient for me to be loaned an item?"
