a month agoMy recent visit to the conservatory was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by a lush, vibrant oasis of greenery and blooming flowers. The air was filled with the fresh, earthy scent of plants, and the carefully curated gardens transported me to different parts of the world with their diverse flora. One of the highlights was the tropical section, where towering palms and cascading waterfalls created a peaceful escape. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share fascinating insights about the plant species and their conservation efforts. Whether you're a nature enthusiast or simply looking for a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the conservatory is a must-visit. I left feeling rejuvenated and deeply appreciative of nature's beauty. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a moment of tranquility and inspiration

a month agoFun spot for a green thumb or anyone who enjoys viewing plants of a wide variety and from diverse locations. Small admission price to get in. Plenty of parking at the facility. Tour is self guided. Beware taking a camera inside due to the extreme humidity in some of the rooms. Seasonal displays are done in one of the rooms.

a month agoThe Krohn Conservatory is a must see for all plant lovers. Home to hundreds if not thousands of the world’s most exotic and intriguing species of plants of all kinds, you will find yourself completely surrounded by lovely plants that will have your full attention. By far some of the most beautiful plants and flowers you will ever see. Four gorgeous greenhouses filled to the brim with plants, it is a must visit for anyone interested!

4 months agoThe Krohn is a great Cincinnati destination, especially in winter. Parking can be scarce but turnover is fairly quick so there is usually a spot or two. In summer there are plenty of places a little further away and Eden Park is a nice place to walk. The poinsettia tree is always spectacular and there will be a lily tree this spring. The train display is a fun seasonal display that seems to get new pieces every year but has a limited run. Another highlight is the annual butterfly show in the spring that must be experienced. The variety of plants is such that even visiting a few times a year there is always something interesting to see.

4 months agoMy family loved our visit to Krohn Conservatory! We visited at Christmas time, and the decorations were festive! The variety of plants are amazing! Despite going when it was busy, walking the paths, taking photos, and slowly enjoying the scenery was still easy. There are model trains and handmade scenes from around Cincinnati. We will be coming back. I recommend a family trip!
