"Alex and Hanh were awesome! Alex was super patient and great with our kids, and is very easy going. We never felt hurried or rushed. He definatley made it a great experience. It was my kids first time snorkeling, and as they experienced challenges figuring things out he was very supportive and encouraging. They both loved it. Hanh is so sweet and caring. She brought a very calming energy. My youngest daughter got too nervous once we were in the water, and the water turned out to be too cold for my Faince, so they had to bail early. "I am taking time out of my vacation to write this review because Alex was truly wonderful and created an unbelievable core memory for our family. From the start he was incredibly approachable, friendly, thoughtful and funny. His wet suits are super clean and immaculate, as well as all of the equipment. Alex was also kind enough to have bottled water and snack bars to offer before we embarked on our adventure. So thought through! The guide was patient and friendly, making sure everyone, including our child, felt comfortable with the gear and breathing techniques. We explored calm, shallow waters filled with colorful fish. The guide stayed close by, offering support and ensuring a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone.
