"We hosted birthday party of our 3 year old at Launch yesterday. It was an absolute blast, where all kids and their parents had a lot of fun jumping around. It was pure joy. Icing on cake was our party host Jeanette who not only greeted everyone personally, was very courteous and was just simply fun to be around. She had everything put together, decorated beautifully and on top was super friendly but professional with both parents and children. Everyone absolutely loved her!! We highly recommend this place for hosting birthday parties for kids and yes ask for Jeanette as your host!!"

"In addition to having my daughter’s birthday party at Launch several years ago, they have hosted end of season cheer events for my daughters school and the service has always been stellar. Detra, one of the managers has been nothing but a joy to work with. She’s gone up and beyond to ensure our visits were well organized and enjoyable! The staff are AMAZING-professional, courteous, and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about this establishment and their staff. If you’re looking for a great time where everything runs smoothly, this is your place!"
