Visiting Let's Play in Hoover, and I'm really impressed with the improvements! The place is much cleaner now, all the balloons are properly filled, and I noticed they're even replacing the stair holders. I appreciate the effort they're putting into maintaining a safe and fun environment for the kids. It's a much better experience than my last visit when I left a negative review. Thanks again for keeping it nice for us! ❤️👏🏼"

Massage chairs but no one is paying to use them.. I want to use them and workers say there isn’t a policy to accommodate paying customers.. Hours of waiting an no one got up or paid .. But the chair says for paying Customers only … It is the second best part of this place My kids smile is first And a massage … The Mexican restaurant next door helped after all the other fun activities we had here.. Everything else is perfect here .. Just no one puts baby’s massage chair in the corner .. Lol

I frequently visit the Let’s Play location on Highway 280 and have always had a positive experience. However, I recently decided to visit the Hoover location and was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. First, when we arrived, the staff was in the process of removing the balls from the ball pit for cleaning. While I appreciate that they clean the equipment, doing so in the middle of the day—while children are actively trying to play—seems poorly timed. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the facility were concerning. The floors appeared dirty, and many of the toys were heavily worn, stained, and not well-maintained. Throughout the play area, there was garbage and food scattered everywhere, including melted popsicles in the toddler section that had clearly been there for days. One particular area behind the play structure near a door was filled with trash. The staff did not seem welcoming, as not a single employee greeted us or smiled. Instead, they appeared almost bothered by our presence. Beyond cleanliness and customer service issues, safety was also a major concern. In the toddler area, there is a gap near the slide that could easily trap a small child’s leg, posing a risk of serious injury. Additionally, a large block is used to block access to a restricted area, which is understandable, but it is extremely easy for a child to move. Finally, the facility has strict rules prohibiting parents from entering play areas. However, this raises concerns about how a parent is supposed to assist their child if needed. Additionally, the toddler area itself is underwhelming and lacks engaging activities. Overall, my experience at this location was disappointing, and I do not feel it meets the standards of cleanliness, safety, or customer service that a children’s play facility should uphold.

I love Let’s and Play in Hoover, I could give 1 star if I was considering just the cleaning. I’m trying to be fair, but also advising the owner/manager and employees that it’s not admissible that way it looks like. Kids needs clean places, it’s clear you guys are not considering this topic important. I take my son there frequently and all the time the cleaning looks worse. I hope I don’t need to stop going there because the poor cleaning service. The least we expect from a place that we pay for, it’s to be a clean place. I really hope to see this problem solved for all the families that take their kids there. It will show me that there’s respect coming from this business.

It's a great play place for kids. The employees are friendly and very helpful. My granddaughter celebrated her 5th birthday here. The kids enjoyed the play area. The ony downside to it is you can't bring ay outside food and they only have pizza and wings. We were able to bring the cake and beverages. But, not everyone likes just pizza and wings, especially adults. The best suggestion I have to offer is to either add more items to the menu like maybe hot dogs, nachos, burgers, fries, cheese sticks, etc...Or, allow outside food to be brought in for your customers, especially to accommodate adults while the kids are enjoying themselves. I also appreciate the fact that upon entrance they are checking everyone's temp and are consistently cleaning the play areas.
