"Visiting Let's Play in Hoover, and I'm really impressed with the improvements! The place is much cleaner now, all the balloons are properly filled, and I noticed they're even replacing the stair holders. I appreciate the effort they're putting into maintaining a safe and fun environment for the kids. It's a much better experience than my last visit when I left a negative review. "Massage chairs but no one is paying to use them.. I want to use them and workers say there isn’t a policy to accommodate paying customers.. Hours of waiting an no one got up or paid .. But the chair says for paying Customers only … It is the second best part of this place My kids smile is first And a massage … The Mexican restaurant next door helped after all the other fun activities we had here.. Everything else is perfect here .. Just no one puts baby’s massage chair in the corner .. Lol"

"I frequently visit the Let’s Play location on Highway 280 and have always had a positive experience. However, I recently decided to visit the Hoover location and was extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. First, when we arrived, the staff was in the process of removing the balls from the ball pit for cleaning. While I appreciate that they clean the equipment, doing so in the middle of the day—while children are actively trying to play—seems poorly timed.
