2 weeks agoWe really love Lilypad and have been coming for over 6 years (to all locations). We've had our kids' bday parties here and are fairly regulars but I had to review because lately I've been super disappointed. We spent the morning at the Crescent Springs location and upon walking in around 10am, I immediately noticed it was a HUGE mess. Now of course during the course of kids playing, things are going to get chaotic but this was to a point where it was hard to enjoy playing. Toys ALL OVER the floor and not anywhere near where they were meant to be, the art area had no supplies and I had to ask for more paper and paint brushes. I went around and collected crayons, markers and scissors from all over the space and brought them back to the art area. I ended up spending most of our time here picking up and organizing toys so that my daughter could have a good time (and other kids also). Multiple parents thanked me and agreed it was very messy. I'm happy to clean up and especially help organize what my own child did, but it felt a bit annoying to have to do so much just to enjoy our time. Especially when you are paying to be somewhere. I can clean up toys and messes at my own home and don't need to pay to do so elsewhere. We really love you Lilypad but have to admit am disappointed lately in the status of things and the fact that the one employee working just sat at the desk on her phone the entirety of our time. (Except for when I asked her for more paper) I'll happily update my review if things improve, but since this has been a reoccurring experience over the past few years, for now this is how I feel.

2 months agoWe celebrated my grand daughter’s first birthday at LilyPad. We had some snafus with the decorations and Morgan was so responsive and helpful. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of space for the adults to mingle and the kids to play. I highly recommend!

a month agoMy kids loved this! We’ve been to the one in Madisonville plenty of times and had the chance to check this one out on a Sunday. They are very accommodating, have a good variety of activities to keep little ones busy. The bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen in the back with refreshments was nice. Easy sign in system. Socks are available for purchase if you forgot/don’t have any. Would recommend this for little ones that need some new novel play!

7 months agoThis place is amazing! We booked it for my daughter's first birthday and I'm already planning on booking again. I booked months in advance and the staff was pleasant, responsive and extremely helpful the entire time. We did a Moana theme, I dropped off the decorations I had a few days beforehand and was worried I didn't have enough after seeing the space. They decorated and used some of their own beach theme decorations to help fill in any gaps. Unfortunately, I neglected to take pictures of the room but it really was beautifully decorated. Morgan at the first desk went above and beyond, helping me carry in heavy boxes and assisting in the clean up. Kid age ranges was 1-12 and even with Lilypad being targeted more towards under 6 years old, the older kids still had a great time. I'd recommend this place time and time again
