a week agoTook my wife for her birthday and The Lodge and Clark did not disappoint!!! This is a lovely cozy romantic cabin vibe. Would love to visit again in the winter. The breakfast was superb!! Clark’s quiche was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a real good time!!!

3 months agoThis was an incredible venue to have our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Jordan who was our organizer/coordinator was amazing. Every detail was taken care of with care and diligence. I can’t say enough about how the staff made us feel so comfortable and inviting. We rented the whole place out and it was the best decision ever. My family enjoyed the bonfire outside, all of their rooms were outstanding. The breakfast that the chef prepared the next morning tasted wonderful. If we are ever in need of another near magical venue in the future, we will definitely come back and enjoy another evening with The Lodge at Grants Trail. Thanks again for the beautiful Memories! 🥰💖

2 months agoThe property is very nice and cozy. The beds were excellent too. The lodge is 10 minutes from everywhere in STL that we wanted to go, like the Arch or the Zoo. The nature trail right out back was a massive plus too. Clark did his best to go above and beyond to accommodate us, including modifying the breakfast to cater to my wife’s gluten sensitivity. We’d love to come back and I’m trying to convince my extended family to join us!

5 months agoWe recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at the Lodge for our son/daughter in law. We did not do the typical sit down dinner for the wedding party. We had casual atmosphere and dining. Everyone at the rehearsal dinner loved the food stations and the variety of food. They even had a variety of gluten free options for a few of our guests. The guests loved the setup where they could walk around, socialize and eat and not the usual sit down dinner. The outside was also lit up in the evening for outdoor seating. The staff was fabulous, friendly and fun. We enjoyed ourselves and had a fun memorable evening. The wedding party was still talking about the food/atmosphere of the Lodge the morning of the wedding!!

4 months agoWe recently held an event at The Lodge. The staff were so friendly, Vicki is a gem. Several of us had rented rooms for the evening following the event and Vicki stuck around after completing her job to make sure we didn’t have any further questions and we were all set for the night. The rooms were clean and uniquely decorated. I would highly recommend this facility for your gatherings.
