in the last weekModerately difficult trail, steep rock scrambling, mostly unclear trail, and kind of dangerous. I don't really recommend this one. From the parking lot, you go left and wind up the left side of the mountain. The peak is quite narrow. On the way down, go the same way - if you detour, you might find yourself on a steep descent. The whole thing took about 30-45 minutes round-trip. It's not particularly a great trail. There is a paved walking path around the base, which might be all right for a stroll.

a year agoA good spot to hike without needing to into red rock. Good views of the city from the top. You can either do the loop alone, head up to level 1 (which has a bench for scenic viewing, level 2, or level 3. The best views are obviously at top, but it's a scramble on the way up. Not super difficult, but will be challenging for those that have a fear of heights.

a year agoBeautiful hike to view the Las Vegas valley and surrounding mountain ranges. Great spot to see the sunset. Recommend you bring drinking wate. Trekking poles make navigating the loose stones along the trail much easier. Climb is briefly strenuous in places.
