Our new friends at Lucky Puppy! Wow! We hosted a birthday party here and have never been to the arcade! It was amazing!!! First, shout out to Kim, women-owned business, her and her team were stellar! The arcade was super clean, great vibe and just adorable! Everyone at the party complimented the venue, the fun and the staff! Thank you Kim, Stephen, Zhin and Tim!! Beyond impressed with their communication, commitment and service. Fantastic with children too, I can’t rave enough about this team. So blessed we hosted our party here. One of the best claw arcades in Las Vegas. Very friendly staff and high quality plushies as well as dog friendly. Fair chance on the machines as well! Also a very clean and welcoming arcade.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This was my second time returning to the wonderful , inviting establishment. I was first introduced when we attended my nieces birthday party last year and we finally made it back! Customer was the same as when we first came 10/10. We were greeted upon entering we purchased our token at the register and my boys began playing. We arrived around 12:00 and there were a few families, it wasn’t too packed the variety machines made it easy to maneuver around not to mention the selection of prizes were on point. What I adore is that if you’re having issues or get stuck on the machine they will help set the kids up for a win, so everyone leaves with something! They trade in options are even better, it’s a nice cute and very well maintained establishment I recommend making the trip if you’re in the area because it does have every other claw machine place beat. The owner being present and hands on says a lot , very generous, sweet, and welcoming! Thank you so much and see you soon.

We had a joint birthday party here recently. We highly suggest choosing this place for any private event or just for a fun outing. -The pricing is totally reasonable, and it was nice to have the place to ourselves before they opened. Our hosts were JR and Kim and they were both so kind and accommodating. They helped make our girls party special! -The venue is clean, cutely decorated, and such a fun experience for everyone! All the adults and kids loved it. -they supplied a 6ft table (w/a cute cloud table cover) two benches, and also had a few folding chairs. We did bring a 6ft table for food/dessert and put that by the open walk in area. -In comparison to other claw machine arcades like these, Lucky Puppy is roomier than others. (We had about 35 guests) -There’s also a clean bathroom which is always a plus.
