For lunch and an all-play pass (no video games), there were highs and lows, but then again, 3.5 hours of family time just flew by. Really, isn't that what it's all about? In every interaction, employees were extremely polite and helpful. Apart from the restaurant, the entire area was very noisy and a little warm, so it was a bit of heat faintness and growing headache that led to us calling it a day. Rated independently: 1. Restaurant - 4 Stars (reasonably priced for the amount of food that tasted good) 2. Bowling - 1 Stars (they made maximum use of the space which meant crowding behind the wood part and difficulty navigating the seating/table area; It was almost impossible to see the markings on the lane for judging your throws; and enough new bowlers around that no one observed many of the common etiquette rules like waiting to throw immediately next to you... finally, the fact that you pay by time and not number of games was also aggravating as the bar dropped in front of the pins while I was throwing the ball for my 9th frame) 3. Laser Tag - 3 Stars (decent room with obstacles and angles of attack, but the guns worked inconsistently... It's never fun when a player can't rack up points) 4. Ropes Course - 5 Stars (relatively small and only one story, but everything was in terrific shape with a good variety of "obstacles" to navigate and an impressive level of consideration by adults and children alike)

We been coming here since it open and it’s a great spot for the kids. There is rope climbing,arcade,laser tag and bowling. The lanes were very clean and the staff was very friendly. We ordered the platter with different sliders and all of it was very good. It’s main event what kids doesn’t like it here. For adults the bar is nice. Drinks are reasonable and they are not stingy with the alcohol. We love coming here and plan to continue to visit.

Tentative to parties but not to families.Food service was so slow. Food was good. Had to go ask when food will be done. My kids wanted a Big Super Sundae after waiting 20 minutes was told another 20min wait.. no bowls for it. We had to clean off & ask for our table to get wiped for us to sit. Restrooms over flowed with trash. We spent so much time waiting on food service.. really wasted alot of time. The games were fun & reasonable but the employees could really use some kind of routine or training.

We had an amazing time! Our bowling lane had an issue with balls returning and it was fixed quickly and the short amount of time lost was added immediately. Service was phenomenal! One adult had a cocktail and enjoyed it. The snacks we had while bowling were good. The arcade was so much fun with a variety of games to choose from.

We booked our daughter's birthday party here and it's the absolute worst party I've ever thrown for her. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. We were treated like second class citizens because someone had rented out the entire place. I get that they had a huge contract but I had already reserved my spot. Everything was rushed. All the food was late and the kids weren't even given enough time to eat their food. Then all plates and drinks were picked up without notice. They even took away the cake plates and forks and didn't want to bring them back so we could sing and cut the cake. I understand that my business was nothing compared to someone who could afford to rent out the place however I paid for a service that they couldn't deliver. As everyone was being kicked out, they turned all the lights off. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.
