"We have had two parties with planet party and have been thrilled both times. This particular location was superb in every aspect of our event. Nina was our host and she was absolutely incredible. She was proactive, and extremely attentive from the moment we arrived. She helped us unload, set up, tear down, and she was available for any assistance as needed. She was kind, and respectful and really went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was flexible and never made us feel rushed. "February of 2024 we booked my daughters 1st birthday party at this location for May of 2024. My dad wanted to pay and did it in advance so that way it would be taken care of. Unfortunately the week of her birthday her dad took her from my home when he came for a visit and we were in a custody battle. I did not have my daughter for a week and did not even know where she was as he would not tell me. I understand the business has a no refund policy but still sent at email explaining the situation and that it was an extenuating circumstance that I of course did not plan for. "Yesterday was my first experience at Planet Party and they have gained a continuous customer ! The crew was so amazing. Truly they took so much stress out of my day. David was my attendant and he was so funny and courteous. They helped with setting up, did all the clean up ! They even helped with taking things to the car. The venue it self was very sizable and comfortable. It was clean upon arriving and they helped keep it clean the whole time. Truly I was so happy and my guest all loved it as well.
