Malco Collierville Towne Cinema Grill & MXT

This theatre has gotten a nice upgrade since my last visit many years ago. The staff were all SO friendly, nice, and helpful! The young man taking our tickets was kind to my 8 year old daughter as she handed over the tickets to be torn. And the young lady at the ti ket counter was not only friendly and helpful while switching our seats back on row (my 8 year old picked the very front row!) and also super informative about the big screen they now have. She gave recommendations about where the best seats in that theatre are and how high up to sit. The movie was great. Floors and seats were clean, bathrooms were impeccable. All in all, a fantastic experience! We will definitely be back to visit to try out that giant screen!

nice! my biggest complaint about these new recliners is that none of the malcos here have adjustable arms, it would be nice to be able to lift the arms for a little more wiggle room, buttons for the electric recline should also be less sensitive or placed on the front of the arm or somewhere more accessible for the bigger guys that get stuck trying to adjust the recline and the sensitive buttons get jammed because of pressure, not good for the mechanics of the seat either. we had to move down one seat because one seat's recline did not work. I can see more motors breaking because of the sensitivity issue... HOWEVER seats aside this is a nice (nice for our town), well kept movie theatre, and we enjoyed our visit

Nice environment, clean, friendly staff, great service, in theater food delivery, tasty burger and fries that arrive hot and also they have a bar area for those who desire. In addition on last week I came in 30 minutes early one night between showings and I witnessed them sweeping the floor, spraying and wiping down the seats which gave me an added level of comfort😀. I know you're probably wondering now why I only gave them four stars out of five with all of the good things I had to say about them the answer is one of the seats that I sat beside was cracked up so it's probably time for them to look at some of their other seating areas and seats and perform some maintenance.

Malco MXT is the way to watch movies. Ample parking and very clean and organized building. Really had a good time.

I was yell at by the manager after getting called a mothertrucker by an old dude I will not be coming to this theater ever again and i will be talking my business elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND staff was unfriendly seats where dirty there was popcorn everyone I slipped on pop corn when i got up DO NOT GO THERE not worth it. Did not enjoy the movie!!!!
