7 months agoMaybe I just came on the wrong day but this whole theater was a complete mess. Plus I wanted to enjoy the limited "Beetlejuice" cocktail at the bar and after about a 10 minutes wait at the bar was finally served by an attractive but highly inexperienced bartender. My drink tasted mainly like Midori and had no flair. For $16 I'd expect a little more. It's good that the seats are comfortable, the area very spacious and the sound is great in the actual theater but I was sticking to the floor on the way to sit down. Makes me wish I just waited and rented it off an app at my apartment. On the way out I stopped by the bathroom to urinate and there was a stench of feces as soon as I swung the door open. There is no way I would've even opened the stall door.

11 months agoI like going to this location because it’s close by my home and I like the fact that fruit and cheese plates are available if you don’t want popcorn, candy or pretzels. Also, handicap seats are located towards the front of the cinema, and wine and other beverages are served. Overall, it’s a great activity to enjoy with family and friends.

3 months agoI love this movie theater, and I've been coming here for over 10 years. Idk if it's normal for them to do this, but it sucks that they close the concession stand later in the night. Our movie was one of the last ones to start at 7:25pm on a Tuesday, and I couldn't buy anything at the concession stand around 8:30, since the last movie for the night already started. There were 1 or 2 employees left, but no one to man the concession stand or bar/grill.

3 months agoI went there to get an estimate to send to Nationwide. They gave me that and told me that if I prepaid the parts, then they could be sure to have those before my car came in. They said it can take months to get some parts. Okay, that made sense, so after I got the initial payment from Nationwide, I went to pay for parts. No, they handed me a bill for the entire job. When I questioned why the change, it was supposed to be just parts, the guy said “Because you have the money.” When I asked if they take credit cards, he said “plus 3%.” They would leave me without the money, with an invoice for parts and labor marked paid, and no appointment. Tilt. Game over. I took my car elsewhere and got all the great service I didn't get at Maaco.

2 months agoRude and slow staff, coke tasted flat and popcorn seemed to be stale. Screen and seats were nice but no heat in the theater itself. Wish there was another option than Malco but there isn’t. The mgr Donald terry is ruining movies in the Malco area
