3 months agoHosted my son’s 5th birthday here. He enjoyed it, I paid extra to have the room decorated and it was decorated beautifully. However, you do feel rushed they set the time for your jumpers for 1 hr. If they arrive late they will still allow them to jump but only for the 1 hr you are set for. I felt that the party was overly priced. The amount of money we paid for the party which we didn’t mind paying was ridiculous and to feel rushed is not enjoyable. I forgot to mention that you will not get fresh pizza its pizza that was ordered from Dominoes. I had to pay extra to bring in outside food which was crazy because the pizza they give you there is from dominoes. The box clearly said dominoes and they over price for them. I will not be hosting a party here again, please reconsider if you are planning too because you will not get your money worth. I wish I paid attention to the reviews more carefully. Recommendations for MEGAJUMP if someone is hosting a party there you should make your guest feel that they are getting their hard working money worthwhile. The economy is not to great to feel robbed. Like i mentioned before i did not mind paying but make it feel enjoyable and worth my hard earned money. Good luck to anyone hosting a party there. Hope you get your money worth.

a week agoWe have visited this facility twice and have had a poor experience both times. They lack in cleanliness, maintenance, up keep and repairs. The knock out area is anlways out of service. The foam smells and is shedding. The floor is lifting up and dirty. The arcade never works like the Jurassic park and some claw games and they don’t have a sign saying not working. The staff in the trampoline area are rude and always appear upset. They are super strict in that they don’t let parents play with their kids or help them in some sections (although they charge parents for entrance). The food is terrible and expensive for what it is. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

5 months agoHosted my daughter's 6th birthday here, and we all had a GREAT time! Prices are great compared to some other places, and you can add on services to make it easier or choose to bring stuff yourself. Service was great and got so many compliments from kids and other parents. TIP: My kids wore a very specific color shirt and it was nice to be able to spot the kids from our group from far away because once they're playing they tend to run off from excitement.

a month agoDon’t come here. Prices are obnoxious. We came for a bday party and just reserved tables. They were small round tables. Like super small. They will charge you at least $50 to bring a cake or anything in. Large Dominos Pizza is $25 each. A pitcher of soda $10 each. Entry for 2 hours is $40. And they put a sticker you have to wear that says your expiration time. Silver lining is the place is almost empty. So feels safe.

2 weeks agoIf I could I would give this place zero stars. The website says I don’t have to purchase socks, that it will be given to me for free, but Maria at the front desk told me the website was wrong. After a long discussion for damm socks I believe the owner came and said he would give it to me the socks, but I was already pissed. The place doesn’t look that good and not even have place for the parents where to seat.
