a week agoThis is THE BIRTHDAY SPOT!!! if your kid like trampolines this is where you need to be. VERY ECONOMICAL PRICING! Worked with Precious and Gabriel and want an experience! My party grew at last minute and the team not only accommodated but over serviced us!! This is my kids second party but the experience is so great O would consider for an adult outing as they not only have trampoline dodgeball games but now have mini golf and axe throwing. Pricing is extremely affordable and competitive. Has great food selection and a bar! Great time for all ages!

2 months agoRandy the Event Sales Manager, & All his Party Host were beyond phenomenal!! I had the best experience here today at off the wall for my friends son’s birthday party, they went above and beyond with the service & the food here was fantastic. Great hospitality since I walked in the door, they helped me bring all my decorations & cake to the room. This was a completely stress free experience, didn’t have to do one thing they took care of it all!! From the moment I came in to inquire about packages Randy had made it the best experience ever, gave me a tour of the whole place & went over everything in great detail. Definitely coming back & recommend everyone to come here. Thank you Off The Wall!!

3 weeks agoI’ve been coming here for many years. With my kids and have always been able to sit and keep and eye on then while they jump. They recently decided that you should have to pay to keep an eye on your kids. I spoke with a manager as my young daughter would have to go in by herself. Mind you there are people of all ages jumping together (including adults) on this busy Saturday. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me it’s a liability to have observers… Even though I have to fill out a waiver to enter the facility…I made a point that I filled out the waiver given and there was no such liability present. He then conceded that yes but I still had to pay $10 now to keep an eye on my kid. Ming you this place serves alcohol and empty glasses from the bar are by the trampolines. In other words if you want to keep your kid safe you have to pay $10 or stand with a view like this behind bars. I know it’s a small amount but to say it’s a liability when really just trying to squeeze more money out of you when you come in is dishonest and real let down. For a single mom that makes a big difference. Really disappointed in this place

a week agoPrecious made our visit seamless and so enjoyable. Food quality was on point and the staff was so friendly and organized. We felt like VIP. Give Precious and Alyssa a raise because they truly bring heart to hospitality.

2 weeks agoThis place is amazing! We had a lot of fun and the staff is lovely. I don’t give 5 stars because the roof on the trampolines area really needs to be checked. There were Rubble on the trampolines from the roof.
