3 weeks agoWhat a great family day trip. There are lots of great things to see and learn about. Very knowledgeable and helpful guides. This place is a lot bigger than I had thought. Various WW1 and WW2 planes and even a tower from England that was operated during WW2. A hanger that replicates those used by the French in WW1 . We spent a little over 3 hours here and really enjoyed it 🙂.

a month agoWhat an awesome experience for plane or history lovers! I brought my great nephews, the older a fan of WWII history. He wanted to see some of the planes he read about. He loved it all! The collection itself was impressive. This is a well run museum. The gentlemen working were all so knowledgeable and enjoyed being there. From what we were told they have some great events and fly some of the planes regularly. Highly recommend visiting. Plan on about 2.5-3 hours.

a month agoDon't miss this hidden gem! Inexpensive $17 adults, $15 senior/military/teacher. Kids are less. Make sure to also take the guided tour. That is the highlight of the museum. Plus there is NO extra charge for the guided tour.

2 months agoSuch a professionally run museum. The planes are gorgeous and there is such a deep commitment to preserving them. The museum guides are quite friendly as well and love to answer any question you might have. I am pretty sure most of them are former military pilots, navigators, or maintainers.

2 weeks agoWe came to the museum for a wedding that was held here, and we were so impressed! Employees are extremely knowledgeable about all the planes. Several of the planes can still fly today. We checked out all the planes on display and it was fascinating to learn about each different style. I definitely recommend this museum for those who love planes. We can't wait to come back on a weekend to watch some of the flying demonstrations.
