"Well, this year's birthday party was the complete opposite from last. nobody really interacted with the kids or us,there was a big hole by the foam pit that could've hurt someone. we just kind of guessed on when to go into the gym or back to the room. Last year we got to be upstairs.that was nice. Downstairs had wet floors and junk everywhere. Not very inviting. Super disappointed this time."

"I had my sons 5th birthday party here. He and all his guest had a blast! The owner was out on the floor playing with the kids and monitoring everything. There was also another working there helping a lot. I think her name was Brie. Thank you so much for making my sons birthday so fun and such a success. It was also very reasonably priced and worth it! ❤️❤️"

"I had my 3 year old daughter in the 3s class. I am disappointed at how the situation was handled. She was pretty much tossed back to me, saying she can't stay in the class. I understand she has issues with listening, but how it was handled was not right either. I was told she needed to go back to toddler time but when I had her in there, I was told she needed to go to the 3s. I specifically had asked if she would be ok in that class since I was worried about this. If I was told to bring her back in a few minutes that's one thing, but to completely throw her out of the class is another thing. "
