Montessori Farm School

This is my son’s second year at Montessori Farm School and we could not be more pleased! Virginia is a phenomenal educator and nurturer as are all teachers present. They truly understand children and meet them where they are, providing the support for them to grow and bloom. My son has thrived!

Montessori Farm school is a wonderful school. Our daughter has been at the school for 2 years and we have loved it. My daughter has learned so much not only academically but socially as well. The teachers are so nurturing. You can tell they enjoy working with the children and are invested in the wellbeing of them. If I had to do it again I would no hesitation sending our daughter.

Montessori Farm School is a magical place, carefully engineered to apply authentic Montessori principles in a beautifully repurposed space in Durham. We had two of our kiddos there over multiple years until they aged out. Virginia and her crew pour their hearts into this little school and it shows in every detail and every interaction. Thanks for everything!

2021 post: Our second son now attends Montessori Farm School and he loves it. Kids are so amazingly different, but Virginia and the other teachers do a fabulous job guiding each one of them to grow emotionally, socially and intellectually. We are so pleased that we found this school for both of our kids. COVID update: The school has evidence-based COVID protocols in place, which include masking, frequent hand washing and distancing measures for the staff and children as well as daily health screenings for the families. The children all understand that this will help keep them safe and keep the school open. School is different right now, but we are so grateful for in-person learning for our kiddo. 2018 post: We love this school. The teachers have all been fantastic for our son. He has attended this school since he was 3 and we could not be happier! He loves school and learning. This prepared environment has made all that possible.
